Comment:

 I'll work on this. Preliminary tests suggests that moving to current
 d3-3.4.6 causes zoom to break. Also I'm going to stick with jquery-1.x
 (1.11.0) because jquery-2.x dropped support for IE6/7/8, which I'm willing
 to do but maybe after the next release.
