 I pushed a branch (using d3-2.4.6 and current upstream jquery-1.11.0):
 https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-lafs/tree/2208-unminified-js

 .. and then I noticed that daira had already pushed a branch with d3-3.4.6
 and jquery-1.7.2 . The latter should work ok, but in my tests the newer d3
 doesn't.

 Daira: did your branch handle zoom/pan properly? Any thoughts about which
 branch to use?
