 seen I will link the recipe for the homemade marshmallows in the bottom
 bar you're interested after having a little snack I use to be able to roll
 out my yoga mat but somebody who shall remain nameless peed on it so I
 don't use it anymore I know that I just showered and just eight but I like
 to do a less intense meditative yoga I do you get home and to be honest
 typically I do yoga in as little clothing as possible just because I like
 to be one with my body and if you get kind of defeats the purpose to be
 wearing a bunch of crap but for the second video I am wearing things but I
 just wanted to let you know that because that's not what I would typically
 do you guys so amazing and I really hope you guys try it I like to do it
 right before bed so I'll have a snack I'll do my yoga and but and it's
 really amazing it's really good for me
