 In order to run ``setup.py trial`` as described in the ``README.rst``
 users need some test tool dependencies (eg ``twisted``,
 ``setuptools_trial``) as well as some test-time dependencies (eg:
 ``simplejson``). To close this ticket, ensure these instructions are in
 the ``README.rst``.
