 In order to run `setup.py trial` as described in the `README.rst` users
 need some test tool dependencies (eg `twisted`, `setuptools_trial`) as
 well as some test-time dependencies (eg: `simplejson`). To close this
 ticket, ensure these instructions are in the `README.rst`.
