 Now that [https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-
 lafs/commit/6226f6b497028889859dfcff56d4dbd7b65b8c2c this] is merged,
 timestamps in the WUI are in a consistent format (in the gateway's
 timezone) and the formatting is all done in one place ([https://github.com
 /tahoe-lafs/tahoe-lafs/commit/6226f6b497028889859dfcff56d4dbd7b65b8c2c
 #diff-33400ae90865055890a329447c5a1cadR6 here]), so, locale-specific
 formatting could be easily implemented if someone feels like doing that.
