 In https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-lafs/pull/903 I deleted the parts
 of the release process doc related to this but I think there is a new set
 of release process docs being made alongside the 1.15 release anyway so
 that may not really matter.

 I think "take these steps out of the release process docs" addresses the
 "Stop collecting" part of this ticket.  "Stop serving" is presumably
 deleting the directory from the webserver.
