 The documentation for GBS still lives in https://tahoe-lafs.org/trac
 /tahoe-lafs/browser/trunk/docs/proposed/http-storage-node-protocol.rst ,
 that is, in the `proposed` subfolder - even when it looks complete and the
 feature has been released in 1.19.0 five months ago.

 I propose moving the file one level up, out of `proposed` and with the
 other docs.

 Or is there an even better place?  `docs/specifications` maybe?
