Description

The documentation for GBS still lives in ​https://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-lafs/browser/trunk/docs/proposed/http-storage-node-protocol.rst , that is, in the proposed subfolder - even when it looks complete and the feature has been released in 1.19.0 five months ago.

I propose moving the file one level up, out of proposed and with the other docs.

Or is there an even better place? docs/specifications maybe?

​PR #1366 moves the GBS spec from proposed to specification.
