[volunteergrid2-l] Gratch going down

Gratch is back up, in the new house.  I have between 50 and 100 Mbps
download speed (it varies over that whole range, but I've never measured it
below 50 Mbps, and it tends toward the higher end) and around 30 Mbps upload
(very consistently), so performance should be pretty good.

I can see 12 of 14 servers right now.  One of caner's and one of jharris'
are down (not that I have any right to complain after mine being down for
much of the last month!).
