[volunteergrid2-l] Co-location

In failure analysis, you create a series of failure scenarios for every
segment, and iterate through each segment.

We need to create the failure table and identify the segments. Once that is
done, we could document each node. We could even build a failure tree for
grid with that information (which would be interesting if nothing else).
