[volunteergrid2-l] tahoe version updater

I have a rough draft of a bash script that will download the latest tahoe
zip and attempt to update your system.

I've learned that it will pretty much only run if you already have tahoe
installed -- which is the easiest way to make sure all of your dependencies
are met. So, this is not a way to do your first installation of tahoe.

ALSO, it assumes that you are running tahoe from your /home/username/bin
directory.

I used the the draft version to update jharris at harrisdev.com-Cat to 1.8.2.

Would anyone else like to look over my shoulder and find all of the stuff I
did wrong, poorly or just over looked?
