[volunteergrid2-l] expectations, milestones, goals and deadlines

Okay, now for a little more of the nitty-gritty unpretty stuff.

Are we going to set some goals, milestones and deadlines for this grid?

In my last grid endeavor, we had a grand total of three nodes after a year
(all of which have or will be joining this grid). We had lots of gawkers
standing on the sidelines waiting for the grid to become viable before
tossing in their resources. That grid was officially buried this morning
when I repurposed the introducer for this grid.

So, I think we need to set some clearly defined milestones and deadlines for
this grid so that everyone will know where we are and where we're heading.

For me, this grid will be "usable" when it reaches 10 nodes, "viable" when
it reaches 15, and "mature" when it reaches 21.

Any other ideas on this?
