[volunteergrid2-l] What about a wiki?

When I set up the wiki and roughed in the first draft, I made the assumption
that people coming to the VG2 site would already have some familiarity with
Tahoe-LAFS. Going forward, that is not going to be the case.
I think on the front page, we may need to
- briefly introduce Tahoe-LAFS (it's a secure, distributed, redundant....)
- Link to Tahoe-LAFS
I also would like to write our own installation page.
