At the moment I really seem to be the only one from europe. But this
might change in the future.
I have to take a look how to implement it anyway since only port 22 is
open for incoming connections (except if I get a special permission from
our IT-guy) and I don't want to run tahoe with root permissions. It's
not an issue for me since I can use the vpn to get around this
limitation... but this is not an option for public use.
I will have to do some research on this topic anyway.
