[volunteergrid2-l] Additional (non storage) node

I believe there was one helper, but the owner didn't want it to be used
during the week. (I can't remember who the owner was).

I thought we already had a helper or two? Not that I have any objection to
adding another.

Marco,

I don't have a great upload bandwidth either. That's my only complaint with
Tahoe. You really need good upload bandwidth for it to work well, (unless
you use a helper). J

Hello everyone

I'm just running my first backup. At the speed I get at the moment it will
take almost 3 months until it is finished! :-D

Would it be ok if I set up a node in a better connected place which does not
provide storage but only acts as a helper for my node?

oh, and btw: There is a stats gatherer installed. Are these stats accessible
anywhere?

best regards

Marco
