[volunteergrid2-l] Polls closing today

It looks like 8 of 10 grid members have voted on the minimum size change,
and 9 of 10 have voted on the policy change polls.

I can't see who voted and who hasn't, or what the results are, until I
close the polls.  I'll wait until the end of the day to do that.  If you
are one of the two who haven't voted, and you need another ballot, let me
know and I can have the system send you one.

This points out some other issues we need to address in our policy change
policy... minimum poll timeframes and how to handle it if not enough people
vote.  A week may not be long enough to collect votes.  I'm going to take
some time (hopefully today) to write up a policy change policy proposal and
throw it out for comments and suggestions.  Jody provided some good pieces
already; I'll incorporate those.
