[volunteergrid2-l] Tahoe Startup Error

+1 on the UPS.  I think it's well worth the investment.

Speaking of which, I need to reconnect mine :-)

Gratch is plugged into it, and has battery backup, but the monitoring isn't
connected.  Need to fix that.  Not this weekend, though.
