[volunteergrid2-l] How to sign up on bigpig.org

IMO, this has gotten too complicated, and too tedious for new members.

I think we should instead just post the introducer FURL on the mailing list.
 It is still nice to add people to the wiki, but I don't think we need it as
a gating factor for adding a node to the grid.
