[volunteergrid2-l] How to be Awesome

I have been thinking a lot about "being awesome" lately, and I think that it
applies to this group.

How to be awesome, the guidelines:
1) Surround yourself with awesome people
2) Hire awesome people to work for you
3) Let them be awesome
4) Raise to their level of awesomeness
5) Repeat

I think that the group of individuals who make up VolunteerGrid2 meet the
criteria of #1. I really appreciate the openness, helpfulness and candor
that we have developed so far. I am looking forward to VG2 continuing to be
both an excellent tool as well as an excellent community.

Thanks for making me awesome!
