[volunteergrid2-l] Caner's node2 has gone away

Hey everyone,

FYI, I discussed the frequent outages of Caner's node2 with him, and he
decided to remove it from the grid.  It's his laptop and is unavoidably down
quite a bit, so I think that was the right decision, since we want our
storage nodes to have fairly high individual availability in order to assure
very high grid write availability.

We should probably bounce the introducer to remove his node from the list.
