May I please have access to the stats gatherer? I'm not a member of
volunteergrid2, but I'm a developer on Tahoe-LAFS and seeing stats
might help us develop it.

In fact, why not make the stats gatherer public so that all of the
people who contribute to Tahoe-LAFS development can see the stats?
