Not at all. You may operate as many or as few nodes as you like, as long
as each satisfies the requirements and as long as you don't consume more
storage policy allows. You can share your storage allotment with whoever
you like, just please be careful that all of you together stay within your
consumption limit.
Oh, and if you do decide to operate two nodes, please don't put them in the
same place, at least not without discussing it with the list. Multiple
nodes in one location, on one network connection, don't provide the level
of redundancy that we assume for nodes in the grid.
