[volunteergrid2-l] 8 servers

Hello everyone

Despite having 12 servers online, I seem to be unable to place shares on
more than 8 server. If I set shares happy to 9 every upload fails. In the
traceback I see that my system wanted to place shares on 9 shares but could
only place them on 8 out of 8.
In the web frontend I see 12 out of 14 servers online.
The number "8" is interesting, since this ist the number of servers running
1.8.3 (same as my own system).

Anyone else seeing something like this?

I know, tahoe-dev would be the right place for this. But before making
waves over there I'd like to hear back here.
