[volunteergrid2-l] How's the grid

I am also experiencing poor grid performance.  I uploaded my first files
today (hooray!) which went about as I expected. Following the upload,
however, when I try to list the Archives directory, the operation takes
just over 17 minutes to complete:

In looking at the "Mutable File Servermap Update Status" page in the WUI,
it appears that cerezal's node is problematic (6 seconds!) from my location:

    [hpd3hn75]: 761ms (bender)

    [kvj2xrmm]: 341ms
    [pmitrhwg]: 151ms
    [qivwuhf6]: 163ms

Note that Ted's node is not listed.  Subsequent listings improved the time
of cerezal's response, but there were always at least 2 nodes with response
times > 700ms and cerezal was always the slowest.

What sort of performance should I be expecting from a ls operation in tahoe?
