[zfec-dev] Redundancy ?

Oh, I remember why I wrote this in the README.txt.  It's because the  
"par2" tool uses that kind of terminology, describing the  
"redundancy" as the amount of *extra* data as a percentage of the  
original data.

That part of the README.txt is intended to contrast zfec and par2  
performance.

If you figure out what to do with zfec, do let us know.  :-)
