    1 In ticket #74 it turned out that there was a bug in some packages that !PenguinOfDoom built for us. If {{{python setup.py bdist_egg}}} would automatically run the unit tests before building the package, then this would be detected immediately. To configure the build system to do this, simply add to {{{setup.cfg}}}:
