What items should be regularly included in the Tahoe-LAFS Weekly News? Is there anything we should change about the way we are doing it now?

I suggest putting these things into a footer. Something like this (in restructuredtext):

I updated the template in comment:3 to include all the things that we put in ​TWN4.

We like for tickets to be closable. How do we make this one closable? How about we put a time limit on this ticket. You have one month to submit your suggestions for TWN and let your suggestions have an influence on the formative first few editions of the Tahoe-LAFS Weekly News. After July is over we'll close this ticket and if you still want to give us feedback to us you'll have to open a new ticket or send email or something.
