A new release of attrs has deprecated some APIs Tahoe-LAFS was using.

I believe these are the relevant warnings: 

/.../allmydata/test/storage_plugin.py:107: DeprecationWarning: The usage of `cmp` is deprecated and will be removed on or after 2021-06-01.  Please use `eq` and `order` instead.
/.../allmydata/test/storage_plugin.py:110: DeprecationWarning: The usage of `cmp` is deprecated and will be removed on or after 2021-06-01.  Please use `eq` and `order` instead.
