pkgsrc is a portable packaging system that supports many operating systems. It is the standard packaging system on NetBSD and Dragonfly, but also supports FreeBSD, OpenBSD, Linux, Solaris, AIX and others.
pkgsrc has a focus on both source and binary packages. The primary mechanism is a way to build a package including all dependencies from source, but binary packages for various OS/version/architecture combinations are provided.
tahoe-lafs can be found in filesystems/tahoe-lafs. It was added in summer 2010, and there are now binary packages from the 2011Q1 stable branch.
