Possibly <http://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-lafs/ticket/1079>. Is the problem
consistent with the symptoms described there, i.e.:

# It seems like immutable file uploads into a directory never appear on Recent
# Uploads/Downloads, but immutable file downloads and unlinked immutable file
# uploads do.
