 [http://twistedmatrix.com/trac/ticket/3278 Twisted#3278] appears to be the
 same issue (two AMP clients trying to use TLS). The patch on that ticket
 is 9 years old (!), so will undoubtedly need some cleanup, but it's
 probably a good place to start.
