 From the build logs of [https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-lafs/pull/1406
 PR#1406], I can confirm that latest `zfec==1.6.0.0` is now
 [https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/LeastAuthority/tahoe-
 lafs/1248/workflows/0e1a58da-5220-4827-8944-ca0d7d695a56/jobs/15294
 successfully] used to build and unit test tahoe-lafs on `oraclelinx-8`.

 So we can close this ticket whenever [https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-
 lafs/pull/1406 PR#1406] (pending on [https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-
 lafs/pull/1409 PR#1409]) is merged.
