Comment:

 The proposed [https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-lafs/pull/1409 PR#1406]
 has been rejected in favor or a new one [https://github.com/tahoe-lafs
 /tahoe-lafs/pull/1418 PR#1418] in has NOT re-activated `oraclelinux-8`
 builder (using `zfec==1.6.0.0` as described in the previous comment).

 This missing part could be completed in the context of ticket:4143.
