[volunteergrid2-l] Making our web-facing gateways NOT a rope around our necks

Yes, you are on the right track.  If you were only a redirector and not 
a gateway, then the bandwidth should be reduced.  As you know, the 
initial request for a proxy would always come to you.  Are you OK with that?
