I believe this is being corrected in the upcoming release (or maybe even has
been corrected in a recent release?).

Whichever it is, I know there's a change out there that enables nodes to
exchange introduction information with one another, so effectively any node
can introduce.

Even without that, the loss of the introducer doesn't take the grid down, it
just means that nodes that are started (or restarted) don't know how to find
their peers.  And, the introducer can easily be replaced at any time just by
starting up a new introducer and sending the FURL to the list.

I don't think this is a problem we need to worry about too much.
