I'm in Southeasten NM, just south of Roswell. My ISP is somewhat less than
stellar. My wife says, "It only goes down when the wind blows and when the
sun shines," which happens to be our normal year-round weather pattern. I'm
pretty sure we manage a 95% uptime, though.
