[volunteergrid2-l] adding files to the grid

Hmmm....

You may have just hit a point during which there was congestion, but I take
very little comfort in that rationalization.

As a first attempt, I have made a change in my router to make bandwidth to
that machine a priority.

Please run some tests and let me know what you see.
