I agree with all that you have said.
I am not sure if anyone has pointed to the new members to our list of
policies. I have not read your slash dot article yet. Maybe you did
there. Anyway, the following link points to the VG2 policies:

I do think the new members should read over these and let us know if
they have any issues. If nothing is heard then we assume they are good
with them.
