[volunteergrid2-l] Tahoe Configuration Files

The root DIRCAP is all you need, as long as you can get access to any node
on the grid.

The obvious corollary is that the root DIRCAP is all anyone with access to
any node on the grid needs, so if you have sensitive files, protect your
DIRCAP well.
