Description
With reserved_space option in tahoe.cfg, we can define reserved free space on the disk.
It would be nice if there was a use_space option, with which we could limit the space storage node can actually use.
This way we could set storage limit for each storage node.
I think it would be really useful when configuring more than two storage nodes on different grids.

Sounds like a good idea. Presumably if reserved_space and use_space are both present, then both restrictions apply; I don't think there's any conflict there.
