Description
I tried installing 1.8.0 on a 64-bit Centos 5.2 box with a custom python and get:
distutils.errors.DistutilsError?: Can't download http://tahoe-lafs.org/source/tahoe-lafs/deps/tahoe-lafs-dep-eggs/Twisted-10.1.0-py2.7-linux-x86_64.egg: 403 Forbidden

Thanks humberto and nice to see you again. I've fixed the problem by running chmod +r *.
