Description
trac's rendering of .rst files inserts an error/warning message if you have a document title spelled like this:
======= groof =======
but does what you want if you spell it like this:
===== groof =====
Also I realized that the title "Transitive Grace Period Public Licence ("TGPPL") v. 1.0" belonged after the added clauses, not before. Also I fixed the indentation so that the enumerated list was parsed correctly by rst2html.
