trac doesn't send e-mails

Description

I made sure that my e-mail address was registered in my account on this trac instance, and then I added Cc: zooko to ticket #27, and then posted a comment to it, but I didn't receive e-mail about that comment.

I just had a conversation with another potential contribute -- arch_o_median -- who might also have responded with better alacrity to his tickets if he got automated trac mail.

So this ticket is increasingly important to me.
