Description
git/docs/frontends/webapi.rst#writing-uploading-a-file does not have a replace= option, unlike git/docs/frontends/webapi.rst#attaching-an-existing-file-or-directory-by-its-read-or-write-cap. replace=false would be useful for efficiently implementing #1894 without race conditions.
