Description
This will reduce noise in the logs, and make it easier to keep mock and real tests in sync.

I no longer remember precisely what I meant by this ticket, but I think it was implemented in https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-lafs/commit/58388bebf18bf40abd88948b5695e93ee095b2b5. If I remember anything else, I'll reopen it.
