Note to self: need to update #LatestNews, News, OldNews, Security, relnotes.txt, docs/install-win32.html, docs/install-cygwin.html, docs/configuration.txt (about the private subdir), docs/webapi.txt, docs/install-details.html (lots of XXX cut and paste editing needed)
