Make production grid metrics visible

Description

I would like to expose some of the production grid metrics to the outside world, similar to the ones we expose for the test net. In addition, I'd like to write a couple munin plugins that give # of new users/day, # of files added per day, and other similar metrics.

Peter is working on an "enterprise dashboard", with a collection of munin graphs. I'm reassigning this to him, with the plan being to make this dashboard visible from the allmydata.com site (with suitable consumer-friendly explanations).

We haven't had a production grid since allmydata shut down over 7 years ago. Time to close this :)
