Description
We were relying on a particular PyPI nix database, but it hit some size limit: https://github.com/DavHau/pypi-deps-db/issues/16
There's https://github.com/DavHau/nix-pypi-fetcher-2, but apparently it's not a drop-in replacement.
mach-nix repo now says:

pypi-deps-db is now updating again (https://github.com/DavHau/pypi-deps-db/pull/18) so we can do updates again
