Description

I'm going to set up bugs@… as an address where you can send bug reports, and doing so will automatically open a new issue ticket. Also replying to bug report mails will append a new comment to the existing ticket.

Brian asked me to plan ahead for dealing with spam, and Zandr suggested this recipe for running incoming mails through spamassassin:

The email2trac tool comes with a utility to delete messages from the trac db which have been tagged as spam:
